About Us

Empowering a Purposeful World

Purposeful World Strategies helps establish sustainable infrastructures for inclusive entrepreneurship and small business support. Through our work with governments and organizations around the world, we utilize a cultural competency lens to create and enhance small business and entrepreneur ecosystems that leverage community and cultural assets for economic independence and wealth creation.

Purposeful World Strategies was founded by Samira Cook Gaines, a practitioner, entrepreneur, and public administrator that believes in entrepreneurship as a sustainable tool for economic inclusion and community development.
